Join Us This Sunday – March 4, Rev. Mary Grigolia speaks on Power – POTLUCK!

Evolving Models of Power

Martin Luther King, Jr., said, “Power without love is reckless and abusive, and  love without power is sentimental and anemic. Power at its best is love.”
How do you experience power? What models of power are at play in your school, office, family? What models of power are at work in the congregation? Service led by Rev. Mary Grigolia

Join us after the service, before the workshop for one of our famous community potlucks! Bring a dish to share & enjoy the sweet flavors of community fellowship!

MARCH MINI-WORSHIP: Expanding the Circle
What does UUFEC offer to those on the periphery? How might we encourage folks to move from New-Comer to Friend to Member? We’ll explore who’s “on the outside looking in,” what they may be looking for, what we have to offer, strategies for reaching out. And we’ll come up with next steps. Your voice matters. Come join the conversation!
Fair Trade Coffee & Tea will also be for sale before and after the service to benefit the fellowship and the well being of small farm cooperatives & communities. Find us on the Lower Level of the First Congregational United Church of Christ, 431 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky. Use either of the back entrances. All are welcome! Sunday School is at 10:30am. For more information, find us on Facebook & Twitter!

We are sorry that we won’t be there tomorrow, as we are expecting the baby to make her appearance very, very soon!
