The Public is Invited to our Holiday Service & Potluck!

-Gathering around 6:00 pm
-Service at 6:30 pm
-Potluck at 7:00 pm
Remember, you may bring non-alcoholic beverages. Skip will have a nice selection of wines available to purchase that evening, by the bottle. Please bring a dish to share and musical instruments, board games, or cards for evening entertainment.

Summer Events Planned

Although we don’t hold services in the summer, we still get together for fun! The public is always welcome to attend our events.
-Theater Night: Saturday, July 26, Dinner 6PM, Huron Yacht Club, call Carolyn at 419-433-6347 by July 20th for your reservation. Some plates less than $10. We’ll be viewing Camelot at the Huron Playhouse at 8PM. Tickets are $18, $16 for seniors. Call 419-433-4744 to order. Join us for either or both!
-Oberlin Trip: Sunday, August 3. Brunch, noon, Oberlin Inn. Buffet is $12 or order from menu. Tour 2PM, Frank Lloyd Wright House, 534 Morgan St. $5. Call Jayne at 419-626-6234 by July 26 to give a heads-up that you plan to attend.
-Back to the Wild Animal Rehab Sanctuary Tour and Picnic. We are looking for someone to organize this event. Please call Jan at 419-684-5128 ASAP if you can help. Jan & Lou would be glad to host the picnic.

We meet in the lower level of the 1st Congregational UCC at 431 Columbus Ave. , Sandusky. Park in the lot and enter through the rear glass doors. Take elevator down. Handicapped-accessible We are a liberal religion that embraces diversity.

“Now after 6 acoustic releases on her own label, Tomboy girl Records, she has re-established herself in the folk world winning the 2004 South Florida Folk Festival Singer/Songwriter Competition in 2 out of 3 categories. 2004 also brought her recognition with the prestigious Jane Schliessman Award for Outstanding Contributions to Women’s Music. And in 2009, she received the Janine C Rae Award for her work in Women’s Music. 2009 also found her voted “Pride In The Arts Favorite Female/Lesbian Musician”. And Tret’s last CD, ‘The Horizon’, finished in the top 20 CDs for 2011 in the Outvoice Charts,. Her new release “A Piece of the Sky” continues her tradition of outstanding songwriting!”
